Shipping Policy

Different locations will be charged different shipping fees. This is subject to customs clearance.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. (For example: in remote areas of Canada and Australia, we will choose standard logistics. If you want to choose expedited shipping, you can contact customer service and upgrade the shipping for an additional fee.)

While we are happy to provide products to customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, there may be additional shipping fees to these areas and delivery times will vary.

All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure that your purchase is not damaged during transportation. PASHBULL is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments or orders sent to the wrong, invalid, or correct address. We are also not responsible for shipments caused by bad weather or unexpected times. It is always in our best interest to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, and PASHBULL will assist in tracking lost packages whenever possible. PASHBULL is not responsible for refunding shipping costs if the shipment is delayed due to product inventory.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with your package. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by logging in and selecting your order under “Order History”. The tracking number available on the shipping website can be entered. Even if you do not have an account with us, you will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order. Please note that if you do not receive your order, you can contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped. If you contact us after this 30-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Arrival Date

Shipping times vary by location, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm the status for you. Please note that pre-shipment processing time may take up to 2 business days.

Return Policy

You can buy with confidence and if the item is not suitable for you, please send the item back to us within 30 days. If you would like to initiate the return process, please send an email to [email protected]. All returned items must be placed back in the original box.

Please Note

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense for non-product quality issues.

If the device is damaged due to personal misuse (including breakage), it is not covered by our warranty.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will refund it via your original payment method. Once we receive your return, we will refund it within 7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange, you will need to return the original item, receive a refund, and then place a new order.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that all packages are shipped from our warehouse. PASHBULL is not responsible for any customs or import fees charged to customers by the shipping service.
