Portable Power Station FAQs
Please check out your device’s operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of our portable power station AC port, it can be supported.
1. First, you need to check out your device’s operating power (measured by watts).
2. Then, you can calculate the working time with the following formula:
Working time = station WH * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
Example:
device’s power consumption is 60W
portable power station is 1000Wh
1000Wh*0.85/60w = Roughly 14 hours
Please store within 0-40℃ and recharge it every 3-month to keep the battery power above 50%.
The product as a whole is IPX3 level water proof, which means that it can not be soaked in water, but it can resist medium size of raining or daily splash of water. This is benefited from its unique design of silicon covers and the window- shades.

Modified sine wave inverters are very affordable, using more basic forms of technology than pure sine wave inverters. Modified sine wave current produces power that is perfectly adequate for powering simple electronics, like your laptop. Modified inverters are best suited for resistive loads which do not have a startup surge.
Pure sine wave inverters use more sophisticated technology to protect even the most sensitive electronic appliances. As a result, pure sine wave inverters produce power which equals – or is better than – the power in your home. Appliances may not function properly or may be permanently damaged without the pure, smooth power of a pure sine wave inverter.
Our Lithium-ion batteries are typically rated for over 800 complete charge cycles and/or 3-4 years life span. At that point, you will have about 80% of your original battery capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there. It is recommended to use and recharge the unit at least every 3 months to maximize the life span of your power station.
This portable power station cannot jumpstart the car DIRECTLY. But it can charge the car battery with specific outlets.
We have an optional Fast Charging Adapter of which power is 300W. It can fully charge the 1000W model in about 3 hours.
For DC outlets, you may charge and use the station at the same time but at this time the AC outlets cannot be used.
When AC outlets are using and you start to charge the station, the AC outlets will be off, charging continues.
The wireless charging function support most of the cellphone in the market that has wireless charging protocol. However, some old models might not be supported.
Except for emergency, it’s not suggested to do so or rely on it because the capacity of the station may just add to 3-5 miles driving of your Tesla.
They are equipped with the same number of battery cells, but battery cells of different energy densities are used.

Not recommended, you can tell us the specific material, We have independent departments for incoming material quality control, as long as the material passes our test, we can directly purchase for production.
We can supply the sample if we have in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
