Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several items that are exempt from returns. Used and damaged items cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas products.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be credited to your account.

Return Policy
You can buy with confidence and if the item is not suitable for you, please send the item back to us within 30 days. If you would like to initiate the return process, please send an email to [email protected]. All returned items must be placed back in the original box.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will refund it via your original payment method. Once we receive your return, we will refund it within 7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email {[email protected]} and we will send you the address to return the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will discover your return.
Return Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should mail the product to the address we sent you in the email.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
